The order is shipped within 2-3 business days (Mon-Fri) after we confirmed the payment.

Normally, the standard delivery time are:

  • Denmark: 2-5 business days
  • Europe: up to 10 business days
  • United States: up to 15 business days

We use traceable shipping, and always send you the tracking code and link where you can follow the shipment.

We stand behind the quality of everything we produce.

Every product comes with a 1 year warranty against production defects, meaning that we will repair it and ship it back to you free of charge.

To send a product for repair, please:

  • Contact us and tell us what problem affects the product.
  • If approved, we will send you a confirmation mail with the return address.
  • Send the product within 10 business days to the address we will send you in our response.
  • You are responsible for covering any shipping and customs fees. Our team recommends using a traceable shipping service, as we will not hold ourselves accountable for lost packages.
  • We will fix your product within 20 business days, and ship it back to you.
  • If we won’t be able to repair the product, we will be in contact with you to find the best solution. Note that every bag is unique and produced from limited amounts of upcycled materials, therefore, it is possible that we might not have the exact materials/colors combination to repair it.

If, for any reason, you feel like our product has not met your expectations, you can return it within 10 working days from receiving it, and our team can either:

  • replace/repair it (for example, in the case of manufacturing errors);
  • provide you with a full refund

Unfortunately, custom-made products are not eligible for returns and exchanges. We are however, happy to provide you with alterations to the product, so that it fits you the way you like it.

Also note that if you have purchased an item from a third party or re-seller (i.e from a shop that is not our main store), then it is subject to their return policy.

To return a product, please:

  • Contact us and provide the necessary information regarding the reason for the return. Please indicate whether you would  like to exchange the product or receive a refund.
    We will send you a mail with the return address.
  • Return the product within 10 working days from receiving it to the address we will send you in our response.
  • You are responsible for covering any shipping and customs fees. Our team recommends using a traceable shipping service, as we will not hold ourselves accountable for lost packages.
  • In order to approve the return, the product has to be in its original state – unworn, unused, unwashed and undamaged.
  • We will notify you of the approval or rejection of your return in 1-2 working days:
    • In case of refund, if approved, your payment will be processed and reimbursed within 15 working days.
    • In case of exchange, if approved, we will be in contact with you to find the best solution. Note that every bag is unique and produced from limited amounts of upcycled materials, therefore, it is possible that we might not have the exact materials/colors combination you want.

For customized items, production time can vary. As a rule of thumb, consider 20 working days to produce a backpack or a bag (but can be less, depend how busy we are).
We do them from scratch, and good things take time, so please be patient 🙂
